Assoc. Prof. Dr. Çağrı BURDURLU – Oral & Maxillofac. Surg./ Implantology

Born in Isparta in 1983, Associate Professor Dr. Çağrı Burdurlu completed his primary education in Yalvaç and his secondary and high school education in Istanbul.

He graduated from the Faculty of Dentistry at Süleyman Demirel University in 2007, after which he began his master's degree in the Department of Oral, Dental, and Maxillofacial Surgery at Yeditepe University in the same year. In 2009, he completed his education with a thesis titled "Investigation of the Effects of Topical Ozone Application After Mandibular Impacted Third Molar Surgery."

Between 2009 and 2010, he continued his work in his private practice and started his doctoral education in the Department of Oral, Dental, and Maxillofacial Surgery at Yeditepe University in 2010.

From 2013 to 2022, he served as the founding responsible director and maxillofacial surgeon at a private oral and dental health clinic.

In 2014, he completed his doctoral education with a thesis titled "Histopathological Investigation of the Effects of Local Simvastatin and Photobiomodulation Applied in Critical Sized Bone Defects on Bone Healing," and continued his academic and clinical work as a faculty member in the Department of Oral, Dental, and Maxillofacial Surgery at Yeditepe University from 2014 to 2022.

Between 2017 and 2019, he worked as a visiting faculty member at the University of Travnik Faculty of Pharmacy and Health in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

He received the title of associate professor in 2021. Since 2022, he has continued his academic work as a faculty member in the Department of Oral, Dental, and Maxillofacial Surgery at Atlas University.

To share his academic and clinical experiences with his patients, he established the Private A1 Dent Oral and Dental Health Clinic in 2022.

Associate Professor Dr. Çağrı Burdurlu has participated in over 70 congresses and training sessions both domestically and internationally, and has 19 publications, 22 presentations, and has authored 6 book chapters. He continues to provide training to dentists in the field of maxillofacial surgery. He is proficient in English and is married with two children.
